Refund Eligibility
Course fees once paid are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
However, if you have paid for a course but have not attended any class, you may be eligible for a refund upon submitting a valid request.
If you are dissatisfied after attending only the first session of your batch, you may raise a refund request. In such cases, we will refund the course fee excluding the non-refundable registration fee as per your selected course plan.
No refund request will be accepted after attending the second class or after two (2) calendar days from the date of course purchase—whichever comes first.
Non-Refundable Registration Fee
The registration fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the circumstances.
Rescheduling or Postponement
In rare or unforeseen circumstances, BCIT World reserves the right to reschedule or postpone any batch or training session.
Please note that no refund will be provided in such situations, and the registration fee remains non-refundable.
Late Payment Penalty
A late fee of 5% per week will be charged on the pending installment amount if the payment is not made by the scheduled due date.
Installment Clearance Policy
If any installment remains unpaid for more than 15 days past the deadline, BCIT World reserves the right to cancel the admission of the candidate without further notice.
